By using ON TIME at play-ontime.com you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate. ON TIME is a skill-based timing game available to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring participation is legal in your location.
2. How the Game Works
Players purchase a tier and receive randomly assigned timestamps. You must check in during your assigned windows to remain eligible for the prize pool. Missing any timestamp removes you from prize eligibility. Entry fees fund the shared prize pool. When real players remain eligible, a 20% platform fee applies only to forfeited stakes.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. By making a purchase you agree to its terms of service. Entry fees are non-refundable once timestamps have been generated (your game has started).
4. Fair Play
Automated check-ins, bots, scripting, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account termination without refund.
5. Prize Distribution
Prize pools are distributed automatically at game end. Winners split the remaining pool equally. ON TIME is not liable for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
ON TIME is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost winnings due to connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
