Entry Fee Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once your timestamps have been generated. This is because your entry immediately contributes to the shared prize pool which other players depend on.

Before Game Start

If you purchased an entry and your game has not yet started (timestamps not yet generated), contact us within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund at blackpyramid530@gmail.com.

Technical Failures

If a check-in window was missed due to a verified platform-side technical failure (server outage, not user connectivity), you may request a review within 24 hours. Approved cases will receive a credit to your account balance.

Winnings & Balance

Winnings credited to your account balance can be cashed out once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold. Balance withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us immediately at blackpyramid530@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
