Entry Fee Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once your timestamps have been generated, because your entry immediately contributes to the shared prize pool other players depend on.

Before Game Start

If your game has not yet started, contact us within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund at blackpyramid530@gmail.com.

Technical Failures

If a check-in window was missed due to a verified platform-side technical failure, you may request a review within 24 hours. Approved cases will receive a credit to your account balance.
