Delete Your ON TIME Account

You can delete your ON TIME account at any time, directly inside the app or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

1. Open the ON TIME app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile page.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account".
4. Confirm in the pop-up. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account: blackpyramid530@gmail.com. We respond within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, username, email, bio, and profile photo)
• Your game history, participations, and check-in timestamps
• Your account balance and any winnings on the account
• Promo code usage, push-notification subscriptions, and lounge messages
• Password reset records linked to your account

Some payment and transaction records may be retained where required by law and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
